As a business professional, you understand how important it is for the owners and tenants of your community to have their needs met quickly and efficiently. Many management companies have transitioned to automated systems for handling homeowner phone calls. We don’t do that at Michael & Sons. Whether the phone call comes at 11:00 AM or 11:00 PM, a live person always picks up the phone.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If a call comes in after hours or during lunch, we use a local answering service manned with LIVE operators. They have comprehensive profile sheets of all of the communities we manage and can usually handle any call that comes in. For the rare occasion that they don’t have the answer they need, they have the contact information for all of the property managers so that no emergency goes without a response.
